Jim Marshall is a Broker Associate with Viking Realty. He has been a REALTOR since 1987 and has extensive training in Residential Real Estate Sales as well as New Home Sales and Mortgage Lending.  

Jim has many awards for outstanding sales achievements.   He earned the CSP, (Certified Sales Professional), designation from the National Association of Home Builders and has been a member of the Building Industry of America’s LA/Ventura Sales and Marketing Council since 2000. In the past 10 years of membership Jim has served 4 years on the Board of Directors in various capacities. He chaired the membership committee and co-chaired the sales awards and education committees.
